There should exist for each process

In creating or modifying a process, sets of attributes that define the process need to be created or reviewed. These items insure that the process will be successful and continue to self-correct and improve.

Items

An owner

A procedure, flow maps and form. This could be part of a workflow within the business system

A set of measurement s based on what the process is providing to the customers, suppliers and business partners

A skill matrix (for people who run the process)

Training program to ensure continuity

A renewal process
