Run Chart

Definition:	A run chart turns data into information by plotting a variable over a period of time. It makes it easier to visualize what is happening in a process and to detect trends and shifts in the process.
Questions to ask	Does this process have a cycle to it? Are things getting better? or worse? Has anything changed? Has there been a process shift? What is going on? What are all the reasons for the variation. Are any trends showing up? Are they what I expected?
