Whether you decide to tap the potential of your existing system, supplement it with an add on web based workflow tool, or select a new enterprise business system, the proper construction and execution of the implementation plan is critical to the success of the project.

The implementation plan has a range of sizes depending on the scope of the project.  It may only include some testing, training, and process documentation changes if updates are being made by tapping an existing systems potential.  Supplementing existing systems with workflow software requires another level of activity, while an implementation of an entire ERP or CRM will run the entire length of a full implementation project and will involve other companies as part of the implementation process.

Shared Memory’s clients take advantage our expertise and methodologies to facilitate a successful implementation of any size.  We build on our knowledge gained during the tapping, supplemental or selection process. This reduces the cost associated with new consultants learning your business.  We work with our clients to ensure the plans are realistic and the proper amount of support has been allocated while facilitating communications between all parties.  See our Items to Identify in an Implementation Plan for critical areas to review and tips for success.
